The developer of the world’s initially 3D printed supercar has obtained the North American Technology Innovation Award.

Until now, Local Motors has been the watchword for 3D printed cars, but it is a boutique developer serving a niche audience and the Strati looked rocky round the edges.
Divergent 3D started with a supercar, but this is a way to take the whole thing mainstream. It can be absorbing to see how it plays out.
